Nation of Earth

coffee and matcha

the house
One nation, grown on the whole earth.
Nation of Earth is a coffee company built around a simple appreciation for good coffee and the places we enjoy drinking it. We work directly with producers to source coffees from different origins and roast them ourselves, with a focus on bringing out the character of each bean. Alongside our own roasts, we bring together a changing selection of coffees from roasters we admire because we believe there's always something new to discover. For us, a good café is about more than what's in the cup. It's also about the space, the people, and how it all comes together.
our coffee
We source our beans directly from producers in Colombia, El Salvador, Peru, and beyond, building relationships with the people behind the coffee we serve. We roast our own beans and share the shelf with a rotating selection from roasters we admire. Every cup is prepared with care by our baristas using La Marzocco KB90 espresso machines.
the archive
Our coffee archive brings together beans from different origins and roasters in an immersive, sensory experience. Each coffee is displayed in its own jar so you can explore the aromas, learn about its origins, and find something you like before taking a bag home.
matcha
We give matcha the same attention as our coffee, sourcing ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan and whisking each drink fresh at its own dedicated bar. From traditional preparations to our own creations, we offer something for every kind of matcha drinker. We partner with Paragon for our matcha.
our spaces
No two Nation of Earth cafés are quite the same. Each location has its own character, with different design influences that reflect its surroundings. Our open coffee bars are part of the experience, bringing the brewing process into view, while comfortable seating and genuine hospitality make each space somewhere people enjoy spending time.
